Richard has 40 years' experience of operational, management, and consulting experience in the oil and gas exploration and production, gas processing, pipeline and power industries.  He has held manager, director and officer level positions in support of these industries during his time.  Prior to his retirement in 2011, Richard directed URS Corporation’s Pipeline and Power Business Line assisting numerous pipeline and power clients on a domestic and international basis. He led a global management and technical team that were responsible for client leadership, service deliverability, contract management, quality assurance and overall client relations for URS’ worldwide operations.  During his career, he has interfaced with virtually all of the pipeline industry’s major corporations and developed many lasting relationships and associations during this time.

Richard and his wife Elaine reside in Chesterfield, Missouri.
