After graduating from MS&T and Harvard, Dale accepted a position with AT&T in St. Louis, Missouri. His 35-year career at AT&T spanned 5 states and functions ranging across operations, engineering, finance, marketing, and product management. His primary focus was on internet and private data services for large businesses.
During his time at MS&T, Dale was active in student government and Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Dale is a past director of the MS&T Alumni Association. He has been active in Boy Scouts at the council, district, and troop levels.
Dale and his wife Tracy reside in Denton, Texas. They have 2 children. Dale was inducted into the Academy in 2005.
