Tyronna Capers is an accomplished marketing leader with more than 30 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and strategic transformation across the global food and ingredients industry. Since 2019, Tyronna has been at Bunge, and today, she serves as Director of Marketing at Bunge, where she leads the North American marketing team for the Oils division, guiding customer-centric strategies, digital transformation, and sustainability-focused initiatives that align business priorities with evolving market and regulatory demands. Prior to Bunge, Tyronna held global leadership roles at Fonterra for 3 years, where she advanced category marketing for active nutrition by translating complex ingredient science into compelling, consumer-focused value propositions and aligning strategies across regions. Her career foundation was built at Kellogg Company beginning in 2003 and at Kraft Foods where she began her career post graduation.  Tyronna led portfolio management, innovation, and business strategy across multiple categories, delivering consistent growth and driving profitability through data-driven decision-making. Throughout her career, Tyronna has been recognized as a transformational leader and an impactful change agent, known for bridging technical expertise with strategic marketing.

Tyronna serves as a co-lead for the Global Black Network at Bunge, sponsoring local volunteer events, and is an active member of Alpha Kapp Alpha Sorority International. She is an avid runner and an accomplished marathoner, competing on the international stage. She lives in Nashville, TN with her husband. She earned her BS ChE from Missouri S&T and holds a MS ChE from the University of VA and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
