Roger's 28-year career with ARCO has taken him across the country and around the world with stints in Singapore and England. He retired in 2000 as president of ARCO Products Company. Roger's wife Jean was a chemical engineer and former ARCO professional. They reside in Paducah, Kentucky and winter in Fort Myers, Florida. In 2004, Roger and Jean along with sons John and Doug, formed Kalleo Technologies, LLC. Kalleo installs and maintains computer equipment for physicians' electronic medical records (EMR). Roger was inducted in 2001. They are avid cyclists and enjoy traveling.
